what we are looking for
Stylist or Nail Artist:
Our team is deeply committed to ongoing education and professional growth. We’re looking for stylists who share that same passion—individuals with a few years of experience, a strong work ethic, and a desire to continually evolve in their craft.
Ideal candidates will have solid client or professional references, along with a portfolio or active business Instagram/TikTok presence. At GLOW, you’ll be encouraged to create and share high-quality content that highlights your work and helps expand your network.
We also value a willingness to grow creatively. You’ll be supported in learning new techniques for photographing and filming your work, with the goal of producing clean, beautiful, and professional content that reflects both your talent and the GLOW brand.

Assistant/ Co-Stylist:
We’re looking for an assistant who is eager to learn, kind, and genuinely excited to grow in this industry. Coachability is key—someone who is open to feedback, willing to take direction, and ready to apply what they learn. A strong work ethic and a positive attitude go a long way in our salon culture, and we value team members who show up with professionalism, consistency, and a desire to contribute.
